David Barbieri was born in Florence in 1994. At the age of seventeen, he began studying Directing and Acting. After a brief experience in the United States, where he completed his training, he created his first short film "F**k Different" (2018), which won the Massimo Troisi Award in 2019. He collaborates with various productions and advertising agencies, creating ads for brands such as Polaroid and Virgin Active. In 2020, he co-founded Writing Monkeys, an online collective dedicated to promoting creative writing.
